Access of external persons to the laboratory premises is
restricted.

All external persons have access only to the laboratory
office for the submission of samples and reception of clients, as well as for
receiving test reports — this is the only room in ALCT with unrestricted
access.

Persons (partners, suppliers, auditors, inspecting agencies,
and other authorities) intending to carry out an inspection, audit, or other
visit to the laboratory premises, as well as service technicians performing
scheduled or emergency maintenance of laboratory equipment, must be informed
that:

Access of external persons to the laboratory premises is
granted only with the permission of the Laboratory Manager, after prior
agreement on the date and time, within the working hours from 09:30 to 16:30.

Visitors must register and sign a Visitor Confidentiality
Declaration, which is provided to them at the ALCT reception.

The Laboratory Manager ensures the necessary conditions for
maintaining client confidentiality, and for the observance of laboratory safety
rules by the visitor, by informing them in advance and, if necessary, providing
them with personal protective equipment.

During their stay within the designated access area of the
laboratory premises, external persons must be accompanied by an employee
appointed by the Laboratory Manager.

When several external persons need to visit the laboratory
premises, they may enter one at a time, in the order of their arrival.
