PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

The security of your personal data is extremely important to us. We act in your best interest and are transparent regarding the processing of your personal data.

We are the personal data controller and, as such, are responsible for the processing and storage of your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) and Bulgarian legislation.

In compliance with the highest standards in the field of personal data protection and in strict accordance with the GDPR, AGVISER AG has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who reports directly to senior management.

When do we process your personal data through https://agviser.org/?

We process your personal data when you:

  • submit a price inquiry via the online form regarding the products and services offered on the website;
  • submit a general inquiry, feedback, comments, or remarks using the contact form available at https://agviser.org/contacts/;
  • subscribe to our newsletter;
  • use third-party services through plugins and cookies functioning on the website (see our Cookie Policy for more details).

What categories of personal data do we process?

Price inquiries:
When submitting an inquiry about product or service prices, we ask you to provide:

  • First and last name;
  • Email address.
    Optionally, you may provide additional personal data in your inquiry.

Contact form:
When contacting us through the feedback form in the “Contacts” section, you must provide:

  • First and last name;
  • Email address.
    Optionally, you may provide additional personal data in your message.

Newsletter subscription:
If you subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates, current and future promotions, and information about new products and services, you need to provide:

  • Email address.

Purposes of processing your personal data

Your personal data may be used to:

  • provide you with customer support by responding to your price inquiries regarding our products and services;
  • respond to general questions submitted via the contact form;
  • conduct direct marketing by providing information about services, products, promotions, and/or updates from AGVISER AG and/or its partners;
  • comply with legal proceedings such as civil cases, administrative investigations, etc.;
  • fulfill other legal obligations when applicable laws require processing.

We process personal data on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:

  • Art. 6(1)(b)Performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract:
    This applies to processing your personal data (full name, email, phone, location) when submitting price inquiries or other inquiries through the contact section.
  • Art. 6(1)(f)Legitimate interest:
    In certain cases, we may process personal data (email, name, phone) based on our legitimate interests, always respecting GDPR limitations.
  • Art. 6(1)(a)Consent:
    Personal data (email) is processed with your explicit, informed consent when subscribing to our newsletter.
    You may withdraw your consent at any time. You can object to direct marketing by:
    • Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in each email (clearly visible and easy to understand);
    • Sending a request to withdraw consent for direct marketing.
  • Art. 6(1)(c)Legal obligation:
    In certain cases, we are required by law to process personal data.

Who may receive your personal data?

  • Competent public authorities, in compliance with legal requirements;
  • Companies providing IT maintenance and security services;
  • Subcontractors — data processors.

How long do we store your personal data?

We retain your personal data for the minimum period necessary to:

  • comply with legal obligations;
  • perform a contract (including orders) and related responsibilities;
  • fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected; or
  • upon your request for deletion or objection (if processing is based on consent), after which the data will be deleted without undue delay.

AGVISER AG ensures that at least once a year a review of collected and processed personal data is conducted, and data falling under the above criteria is promptly deleted.

How do we handle children’s data?

The use of our services by persons under 18 years of age is only permitted with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Your rights as a data subject

You have the following rights, which the Controller will assist you in exercising at any time:

  • Right to information: To be informed at the time of data collection about what data is collected, who will process it, for what purposes, and on what legal basis.
  • Right of access: To request access to your personal data and receive a free copy.
  • Right to rectification: To have your personal data corrected to be accurate and up to date.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): To request deletion of your data when it’s no longer needed or the legal basis no longer applies.
  • Right to restriction of processing: In certain cases, you may request processing to be restricted.
  • Right to data portability: To receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and have it transferred to another controller, if technically possible.
  • Right to withdraw consent: When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
  • Right to lodge a complaint: To the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) — the Bulgarian supervisory authority.

How can you exercise your rights?

You may exercise any of these rights by sending a written request to:

The request must include at least: your name, address, description of the request, preferred communication method, actions under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, signature, date of submission, and correspondence address.
If submitted through an authorized representative, a power of attorney must be attached.

How do we protect your personal data?

We understand the importance of protecting your personal data and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure its security.

  • Business systems and security procedures to protect personal data stored on our servers;
  • Physical and technical access restrictions;
